Effective Communication and Conversations

This program can follow on from the Managing Performance workshop and is designed to provide additional skills in effective communication and effective conversations. It is an essential workshop for anyone whose job involves ‘getting the message across’ effectively, truly ‘understanding others’, and how to build relationships while resolving important issues.
